A Profile
Our people reflect our ethos. They tend to be a little older, more experienced and analytically strong, with excellent "can-do" and interpersonal skills. Working at Board level we have talented people, used to working at the highest levels, who can facilitate strategy development and Board alignment. Lexion is not a safe haven for theorists or intellectual indulgence. We value experience and education but it must add value for our clients. As two clients previously said to us:

We have many highly qualified people, including our fair share of MBA's, but success in our organisation is more about solutions that are economic, pragmatic and as simple as possible. After all simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication. We would rather harness our client's formidable talents and technical knowledge of their business than set ourselves up as "experts" on everything. The more that emanates from team creativity and problem solving the more confident we can be of lasting change.
